BARBARA CARROLL GALLERY (1-9)
12 More Hearts (20 x 34)
Hooked by Bonnie Smith
Bonnie Smith of Frostburg, Maryland, hooked the second 12 More Hearts. Note the placement of the red hearts in the center, and then the great striped border frames the whole rug perfectly!
12 More Hearts (20 x 34)
Hooked by Beth Anne Smiley
20 x 34, hooked by Beth Anne Smiley of Davenport, Iowa. A great small rug. Just cozy and fun to hook. The outside border of this rug is hooked with one wool. A very neat stripe which gives the effect of an old “hit n miss.” Super neat.
12 More Hearts (20 x 34)
Hooked by Chris Ritchie
This is a very happy rug – the red hearts play off of the black and the striped border sort of dance around the rug.
1849 Hesse Giraffes (22 x 49)
Hooked by Kathy Sparks
Can you say “WOW? This coverlet rug makes such a dramatic statement in any color. The rusts, garnets, teals and lime green make a very bold artistic rug. Love how all of the colors play off of each other.
1849 Hesse Giraffes (22 x 49)
Hooked by Joanne Gerwig
This rug is from our Coverlet Collection of Patterns, that is not hooked in coverlet colors. The color play here is just super – love Joanne’s tree, it holds the rug together and then the giraffes do not take over the rug. The play of color in the foliage is wonderful.
1852 Krady (24 X 35)
Hooked by Judy Wissler
This pattern is part of our coverlet collection of rugs and not hooked in coverlet colors. Yes, this is a very odd color story – and very neat. The teal in the middle plays well in the background and allows the “lollipops” to spark up the center green motif. The side colors “hold” the center – a very exciting color story.
