We are often asked about Barbara's Schedule. This page contains a list of her plans. It will be updated several times a year. You may also e-mail us at woolleyfox@verizon.net with specific questions.
2012 Woolley Fox Rug Camp, Ligonier, PA, April 29 - May 3, 2012 There will be loads of fun with teachers - Betsy Reid, Cynthia Norwood and the "party girls" Barbara Carroll and Jayne Hester. Hope to see you there!!!! Sauder Village 16th Annual Rug Hooking Week 2012, August 14 - August 18, 2012 Barbara will teach a fun three day class ("You Ain't No Spring Chicken") hooking "chickens, hens and roosters". Students may hook any pattern of their choice as long as the main motif is one of these "feathered friends" and accepts a #8 cut or above. Ducks and other fowl -- need not apply!! Barbara will help you think "out of the coop" whether you want to hook old, down and dirty, colorful and fanciful or funky - letting it all hang out!!! She will bring some special wools (Barb LOVES funky wools) to help you attain the look you want. Students will be working with only textured wools. On August 18 - Barbara will also teach a one day workshop. Everyone will be hooking the same 13" x 22" "Hannah's Hen" mat. This is not a kit class and no two rugs will be alike. Barbara will be using some of those fun and "funky" textured woolds from the "You Ain't No Spring Chicken" workshop so you can hook old, down and dirty, colorful and fanciful or funky. This will be a quick paced, special class with immediate results as each Hannah's Hen mat "hooks up". A super fun, party-like atmosphere!!!!
